“First thing I noticed about Holiday in is the cleanliness. I smelled fragrance as soon as I hit the door. The receptionist was very helpful and pleasant even tho she was very busy. We had a bit of a problem finding the room due to the halls are a little mazey, but after we learned our way we had no problem finding our room. The inside of the rooms were clean as well with nothing out of place. The view out the window was suppose to be courtyard view but we could only see the roof. One of the perks of the room are the soft pillows and soft but firm mattress. We are having an excellent time here.”

“I am so pleased for the first time since I’ve been utilizing reviews. I am happy to say I can give a hotel five stars on everything. Every single staff member, including the cleaning. Staff was extremely respectful of me and my PTSD and my grouchiness and all my special needs. I stayed there for several days after my motorcycle crash and multiple trauma surgeries and a hardware store built into my leg. I can’t say the same for other hotels I’ve had to stay at since my crash. The manager to bartenders the receptionist every single employee breakfast host everyone all good hard-working, honest, friendly, kind hearted, caring people I wish I could give a better review than this highly recommend this place.”

“We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely be coming back. My husband had Pam's help with setting up our plans ahead of time, and everything went smoothly from the start. We were there celebrating our 10-year anniversary, and despite a stressful situation where an intoxicated guest came down to the bar and hit my husband, Derek and Liz handled everything quickly and professionally and made sure we were taken care of right away. Derek and Liz truly went above and beyond to make sure our entire weekend was special. The chefs at the restaurant did an amazing job with every meal, and we were consistently impressed by the food and service. Sandra, who is new at the front desk, was also wonderful! She was so kind, welcoming, and genuinely a sweetheart. To make our anniversary even more special, Liz and Derek surprised us with flowers and cheesecake from a local shop. Their thoughtfulness and dedication to creating a memorable experience really stood out and made our stay feel extra personal and special. We're very grateful for the level of care we received and can't wait to return.”

“I travel with my job so im in and out of Hotels a lot. The Holiday Inn in Longview was very nice. The staff is friendly the breakfast is decent, the rooms are clean and spacious and modern. It definitely checks all the boxes. Definitely two thumbs up:)”
